
This policy applies to physical products only. Custom acoustic treatments, consultation, and audio system services are not considered shippable items and will be fulfilled based on agreed project timelines.
Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure all details (including contact number) are accurate and complete.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Begins Acoustic will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Any re-delivery will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Address Changes
Requests to change the delivery address must be submitted within 12 hours of order confirmation.

Requests after this period may not be accepted.

If changes result in additional logistics costs, these will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery within Malaysia is 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Deliveries are carried out during standard working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

For custom acoustic products or large items, delivery timelines may vary and will be communicated separately.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once the order is dispatched, a tracking reference will be provided via email or messaging.
For services and non-tangible deliverables:

Confirmation, invoices, and relevant documentation will be issued digitally.

Large or heavy acoustic products (e.g. bass traps, panels) may require special handling or scheduled delivery.

Additional charges may apply for restricted access locations, upper floors without lift access, or special delivery arrangements.
