How can I make a payment?
At www.beginsacoustic.com / www.beginsaudio.com, we accept payments via online banking, ATM transfer, cash deposit, PayPal, Stripe, and credit card.
What is the procedure for ATM transfer, cash deposit, or online banking?
After completing the transfer, please send us the transaction receipt via WhatsApp, WeChat, SMS, or phone call at +6012-6500610. Once received, we will confirm your order and provide you with the tracking code via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is a flat rate of RM30 for orders below RM1000. For deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak, additional charges may apply. Please contact us directly for a shipping fee check.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within three (3) working days after full payment is received.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (C.O.D)?
Yes, we do! To arrange for C.O.D, please schedule an appointment to visit our showroom in Puchong by contacting Kenix at +6012-6500610.
Is my package guaranteed to arrive?
Absolutely. Shopping with Begins Acoustic is 100% safe. Once your payment is confirmed, we will provide you with a parcel tracking code so you can monitor your shipment.
What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived after 3 days?
Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days for major towns in Malaysia, while outstation orders may take up to one week. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance. You can also track your parcel using the provided tracking code.
