Designed and manufactured based on the core philosophy of "reducing noise and Bringing out the vitality of music,"the YUKIMU SAA Plug Noise Absorber has solidified its reputation for proven effectiveness in the six years since its release. Designed by Mr. Masahiro Yamazaki, who spent many years working as an engineer at a domestic manufacturer specializing in audio circuit design, designed the noise-absorbing attachment reduces the high-frequency noise generated by digital circuits,
Microcontrollers, and switching power supplies within the equipment. And by improving the signal-to-noise ratio, it enhances the clarity and resolution of subtle sounds and reproduces a spacious, three-dimensional soundstage-qualities that are essential to high-fidelity audio. And now, we are pleased to announce the release of the long-waited new version of the PNA-RCA01. We view this not only as the successor to the PNA-RCA01, the series' debut model, but also as a significant step forward that demonstrates how the PNA series has raised the bar even higher.
 
NA-RCA01 Rhodium
As the name "Rhodium" suggests, this model features rhodium plating on the terminals. Rhodium is a rare and expensive precious metal with high hardness and mechanical properties that allow it to maintain contact pressure over long periods.
Combined with the center pin made of highly conductive copper, it delivers sound quality ideal for high-resolution audio. Furthermore, to maximize the inherent properties of the copper and rhodium, the plating process omits the nickel undercoat typically used. While this reduces resistance to friction, it is a measure taken to prioritize sound quality by ensuring complete non-magnetism.
 
Another major change from the PNA-RCA01 is the design of the housing. The PNA-RCA01 featured a clear resin coating on a brass body, modeled after brass musical instruments. The PNA-RCA01 Rhodium retains the carefully hand-machined brass body while adopting the proven DR plating (a ternary copper-tin-zinc alloy plating) used in the PNA-LANO1. DR plating is also known as a rhodium substitute. While it differs from rhodium in terms of hardness and corrosion resistance, it is equally perfect in terms of on- magnetic properties and is recognized as a hypoallergenic material. Similarly, the housing eliminates the nickel undercoat to ensure harmony with the RCA terminals.
 
PNA-RCA01 Rhodium Technical Specification
Absorbs high-frequency noise of approximately 3 MHz or higher. (For output resistance
Of 220 ohm, refer to the attenuation characteristics.)
Noise components of approximately 3 MHz or higher superimposed on the audio signal flow into the case via a series circuit consisting of resistor and capacitor. The high-frequency current is stabilized as it is absorbed by the metal (case).
It does not affect the audio signal bandwidth (can be used regardless of L/R)
Unlike shorting (like as ground) pins, it can be attached not only to input terminals but aIso to output terminals.
It can be attached not only to analog terminals but also to digital input and output terminals.

* Selecting capacitors and resistors brands and determining their values in addition to our many years of experience, we conducted repeated, meticulous lisstening tests on prototypes and carefully evaluated the optimal brands and values for capacitors and resistors. As a result, we selected LCR's audio-grade styrene capacitors (grade-selected) and Amtrans's non-magnetic carbon-film resistors (AMRG 2W).
