Spoey 200採用兩音路兩單體設計，高音使用一個0.75吋的Hiquphon OW2單體，Hiquphon來自丹麥，高音單體設計與製作是其專長，他們認為0.75吋是最好的高音單體尺寸，因此旗下產品都是以這個尺寸為製作標準。單體採用絲質軟半球製作，標榜自家聲音為「1st natural choice」，而所有產品以其創辦人Oskar Wroending先生姓名開頭的「OW」命名。低音單體的部分同樣是來自丹麥的Audio Technology，並由鹿港音響訂購特定規格，使用200mm特製單體，因此Spoey 200所使用的低音單體，僅鹿港音響自家喇叭獨家使用。除了單體外，搭配自行設計的分音器，內部使用精準配對的電容與電感元件，並在台灣訂製由經驗老到的木工師傅製作MDF箱體，是一個具有滿滿濃厚台灣味的在地品牌。

The speaker boasts a classic design, with a boxy aesthetic reminiscent of the classic BBC/Spendor brands, sure to appeal to traditionalists. While some might prefer a more contemporary style, the impeccable build quality and finish are undeniable. The hand-crafted cabinet, made from 1-inch thick reinforced MDF and covered in a real wood veneer, is treated internally with acoustic foam, making it feel exceptionally solid. Interestingly, the full-length black grilles are attached using push-fix fittings rather than magnets.
 
Designed to offer modern floorstanding speaker performance in a monitor package, this two-way model features a larger-than-usual cabinet. The bass/midrange driver, which is said to be 200mm (though this measurement includes the alloy chassis, with a more accurate figure being 180mm including the surround roll), makes good use of the available baffle space.
 
This driver is paired with a 19mm dome tweeter, a somewhat smaller unit than one might expect for matching the woofer through the midrange. The simple first-order crossover, designed by Rox Shih of Lu Kang Audio, uses an air-core inductor and capacitor, theoretically set to 2.3kHz.
