It supports multiple digital inputs, including a HDMI-IIS port, as well as two coaxial, two optical, and USB B for connection to PC and mobile. The high-performance, fully-balanced preamplifier circuit also supports XLR and RCA analogue equipment, both input and output. Additionally, the DMP-A8 features a range of convenience capabilities, such as HDMI ARC for enhanced TV audio and a Qualcomm QCC5125 Bluetooth receiver, supporting version 5.0 and LDAC, SBC, AAC, and aptX, aptX LL and HD. EOS Audio Engine

It is powered by the proprietary EOS (Eversolo Original Sampling-rate) Audio Engine, an innovative technology unique to Eversolo that enables output at original audio sampling rates. With this, you can bypass Android SRC limitations and enjoy direct audio passthrough from third-party apps like Apple Music.

Using third-generation XMOS 316 audio processing, the DMP-A8 is capable of higher USB processing, supporting DSD512 Native and PCM768/32bit, while optical and coaxial ports support DSD64(DOP) and PCM192/24bit. To minimise interference, the system also employs dual power supplies with a toroidal transformer optimised for analogue audio circuits.
